I’ve ordered online from Grinders before will I need to create a new account for the Grinders App?

No, if you created an account on our web-based online ordering then you’re all set.  Just log in using the same account information.

If you haven’t yet registered an online account. Then you will need to register in the App. This will allow you to reorder previous orders, view order history, and earn rewards in our GAB Loyalty program.

Can I pay for an order either in the app or online ordering with a Grinders Gift Card?

At this time for the security of your card, we are only able to accept our plastic gift cards in our stores.  You may load funds to your App eCard through the App and pay for orders in the App.  To understand the function of “My GAB Card” see the FAQ: What does “My GAB Card” do for me?

What does “My GAB Card” do for me?

This card has two functions,

  1. The number on the card is your GAB Loyalty Rewards member number. Below, it will show you current point value and earned Loyalty Rewards (there may be various types of rewards earned by a member.
  2. The “My GAB Card” eGift Card also serves as a payment method for (In-app purchases only) once funds are loaded to it via your other saved payment method, i.e. credit or debit card.

How does delivery work?

Delivery is available thru the Grinders app on iOS and Android ONLY, (not available thru other websites or apps).  For orders over $10 at participating Grinders locations, up to approximately 5 miles from our restaurants.  The delivery address must be in a serviceable area for our delivery partner Door Dash.  The Door Dash standard fee per delivery is $7.00.  A door dash driver must be active in your area at the time of order.

How will the store know to bring out my Curbside Pickup order?

Please call when you arrive and let our staff know the name on your order along with the Make, Model, and Color of your vehicle.  Please park in a designated curbside pickup space or as close to our building as possible.

If you ordered through the App, it will provide an option to click a button labeled “I’m Here”.  This will notify the restaurant you are in the parking lot at a designated Curbside parking space without the need to call.

How do I know for sure my order went through?

A page will display once your order has been submitted.  You can also check the email account that you provided us during your ordering process for your order confirmation and receipt.

If you didn’t receive either of the above then please call the location you ordered from to verify.
